Upon notification that your merchandise has been received in the warehouse, your furniture must be scheduled for delivery or pick up within 30 days. Although we have a limited amount of space in our warehouse, storage of (paid in full) merchandise past 30 days may be arranged for a 3% per month fee based on the merchandise purchase price. Payment for storage is required before the furniture is delivered or picked up.
Specific delivery days are scheduled according to counties: your furniture will be delivered these specific days only. We do not deliver pictures, lamps, or accessories. Any out of state deliveries will need to be arranged with Kittle’s delivery
office prior to the sale.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to scheduling delivery.
Within 24 hours of your scheduled delivery date, you will be contacted and given an estimated two hour time frame for your delivery. In order to
serve you better, we require a 48-hour notice for any changes you need to make to your delivery date or information. Please have your area cleared and ready for the new merchandise.
Our delivery teams are not allowed to move any existing furniture or electronics in your home. Difficult deliveries (such as window entries or balconies) will not be provided by our drivers.
To insure the safety of our drivers, snow or any other pedestrian obstacle must be removed by you before our drivers can make your delivery. Kittle’s will determine if deliveries will be made during hazardous weather conditions. Upon delivery of mattress purchases, we do offer to pick-up your used mattress and boxspring at no additional charge. We do reserve the right to refuse pick-up on any Mattresses or boxspring that our delivery teams deem in unacceptable condition. Waterbeds, headboards, footboards and frames are excluded from this
IMPORTANT NOTE: Upon completion of your delivery, you will be asked to sign and confirm your receipt of the product as well as confirm the good condition of the product. You will also be asked to initial that there has been no damage to your home or personal property. Any damage or concerns with your delivery MUST be noted at the time of delivery. Kittle’s cannot assume any liability for damages or claims that are not documented at the time of delivery.
